Insurance Accepted and Payment Plans

We gladly accept most health insurance. Individuals in need of our services who lack insurance and who are worried about the high costs charged by many other clinics need not worry. We have highly affordable rates and flexible payment plans allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family.

* After hour appointments available for established patients upon request. If an emergency situation arises after hours, call the main office number and you will be prompted to your Doctor's cell phone. An additional charge for that visit may apply.

Map and Directions

From I-5:

Take the Mountlake Terrace (220th Street) exit. Go West, toward HWY 99. Go through 2 stoplights. The second stoplight is at the intersection of 220th and 66th streets. Once you cross 66th Street, we are the second driveway on the right. There is a big sign with a "running man" on it just before you turn into our driveway. We are directly across the street from Master Pools, and "kitty-corner" from the Shell gas station.

From HWY 99:

Turn East (toward Interstate 5) on 220th Street. Go through 1 stoplight. After the stoplight, you will drive up a steep hill. At the crest of the hill, our driveway is on the left. (If you reach another stoplight, you've gone too far.) There is a big sign with a "running man" on it just before you turn into our driveway. We are directly across the street from Master Pools, and "kitty-corner" from the Shell gas station.
